Fundamental Techniques: Establish and refine core techniques in BJJ
Open Mat & NoGi Open Mat: Scrimmage BJJ & open rolling
Kids class: Techniques, drilling and BJJ based games, recommended 7+ years
Membership Fees
Trial: First day of training free
Monthly membership: $120 per month (covers all weekly classes)
Casual individual class: $25 per class
Kids membership: $60 per month (covers four classes a month)
